D&H Login FAQ

• I need a login. How do I get one?

  If you do not already have a D&H login, contact your account administrator to request access. If you are unsure who your account administrator is, contact us and we will assist.

• I am a new customer and cannot find my activation email. What do I do?

  Your activation email was sent from noreply@support.dandh.com. Please check your inbox, junk folder, spam folder, and quarantine system if your organization uses email filtering. If you still cannot locate the email, contact us for assistance.

• My activation link expired. What should I do?

  Contact us for assistance.

• I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

  Select 'Forgot Password' on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you continue to experience issues, contact us for assistance.

• My account is locked. What should I do?

  If you believe you are locked out, please contact us for assistance unlocking your account.

• What authentication methods are available?

  You can choose from:

  • Email
  • Passkey
  • Google Authenticator
  • Okta Verify

• Can I change my authentication method later?

  Yes, Please contact us for assistance with that.

• I no longer have access to my authentication method.

  If you lost access to your email, phone, authenticator application, or passkey, please contact us for assistance.

• My email address changed. How do I update that?

  Contact your account administrator to update your email address. If you are unsure who your account administrator is, please contact us for assistance. If you no longer have the email address available to your company, you will need to submit a new web commerce agreement.

• Can multiple people share the same login?

  No. Each user must have their own login associated with their own email address. If additional users need access, contact your account administrator. If you are unsure who your account administrator is, please contact us for assistance.

• I manage multiple D&H accounts. How do I switch between them?

  After logging in, use the Account Selector to switch between accounts you are authorized to access. If you are missing an account, please contact us for assistance.
